All available payment options for each country are displayed at the checkout, once you have entered the country of delivery.
We have built our local warehouses in some countries. Goods are sent from our warehouse by courier, and delivered direct to your door.
Although we strive to provide world-wide shipping, at this time our courier service is unable to deliver some products to some regions and countries.

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order are successfully submitted, the local warehouse then processes your order the following business day.
Please note that the standard delivery time of 2-7 business days are estimated and may vary depending on circumstances like product stocks, distance, local holidays, and any other external factors, and carriers’ control.
Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Once we have received your payment, all orders will show their order processing status in your account, and you will also receive the email in different order status stages.

TikTech supports carriers including UPS, U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, DHL, and other local carriers service.
Step 1: Please try to troubleshoot the product by checking the manual or guide we provide in the package. Often problem can be solved without you sending product back. In many cases, the product problems can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory.
If your product still cannot work, we recommend that you get the complicated products installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed.
Step 2: Once the product has been confirmed to be faulty, please be free to contact us. After provided relevant product information, customer service will process the return.

For unusable or damaged items please contact us within 7 days of the order being received.
For items that have not arrived within 7 days, please contact us within 14 days.
Item exchange accepted within 30 days of placing an order for unused items.
