the Must-have for Business Use During the Quarantine - eMeet M2 Bluetooth Speakerphone

In modern society, more and more people are relying on mobile phones for everyday communication and work meetings. However, most smartphones aren’t designed for conference use, so it is inefficient and unprofessional. We, especially the officers, really need a tool that can not only work well but also sit on the conference table to free our hands. Relying on mobile phones for meeting calls doesn’t provide working people with a fluent and high-efficient meeting experience.

I keep finding a good tool that can help business people to solve the terrible conference experience. The solution to this problem is to use a Bluetooth speakerphone. Recently I reviewed a Bluetooth speakerphone, I want to name it a new good helper in the offices - eMeet M2 Bluetooth Speakerphone. The working tool can make your smartphone to become a standard office speakerphone.

First of all, I want to introduce the brand and physical design. eMeet has some good and popular tech products, the eMeet M2 is the second generation of eMeet’s M1 speakerphone which is also hot on Amazon. The original device was popular because of the fluent and clear sound, compact design, as well as the ease of use.

Compared to the M1, the eMeet M2 is a significant upgrade. It is added a touch-sensitive interface and the longer Bluetooth range. The M2 is available in three colors - black, gray, and white. The three designs all have a black base. Oddly, the white version’s base still has a black port cover, which isn’t particularly good-looking. Other than that, all three versions of speakerphones are cosmetically attractive and will look just fine on your conference table.

For the understated design, it is very perfect to match formal and simple modern office decoration. It’s designed as a small and short cylinder, like a hockey puck, with a domed top for the speaker and the controls. And also, there are three rubber feet that keep the speakerphone from sliding and vibration interference. In terms of the size, the entire unit weighs only 10.23 ounces or about half of the original M1. And it measures 4.92 inches in diameter and 1.38 inches in thickness.

The features are clear and very easy to operate and use. The domed top has a donut-shaped speaker grill, with the controls located in the center. Around the outer edge, a blue LED illuminates when the unit is powered on. In the center, the control panel is set several soft-touch buttons. There’s also a button for hanging up and answering calls, as well as a power button. Also, a central mute button is surrounded by six control buttons. The large mute button is designed to be easy to press. Besides, the outer buttons allow you to activate a voice assistant such as Google Assistant, Siri, or Cortana. You’ll also find volume buttons, as well as a button to cycle through different sources and another to check the battery. There are four microphones that allow for 360-degree sound pickup from the conference. And ports include a micro USB port, as well as audio out/audio in 3.5mm aux ports. When not in use, the ports can be covered by a rubber plug, which keeps them clean from dust.

To sum up, the M2 is easy to connect with a variety of devices, like PCs, speakers, and other sources. And it could work very well during the conference. If you want to conference over Skype, this is a great way to use it.
