Warranty, Return & Refund Policy

Before moved to the logistics, each product must be checked rigorously and successfully pass TikTech’s quality control inspections. TikTech warranty and Return policy will ensure you have a wonderful gadget experience and after-sales service experience.
If you have any after-sales issues, please contact TikTech Customer Service directly and they will offer you a solution according to your case. They will confirm whether you need to return the item and to which address you may return it to.
Most products on TikTech are covered by the TikTech product warranty policy. TikTech guarantees your every single purchase at TikTech is 100% risk-free. 

7 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

When your items arrived, please open the box and check it first.
If the item is damaged or not working, please contact our Customer Service: support@tiktech.com within 7 days of the order being received.
Please do not directly send back to us without contacting us, we will provide you the shipping address. After returning the product to the address our customer service provided, TikTech can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.

DOA Notes:  
1. Customers must contact Customer Support via email first, with clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective product and the whole shipping packaging before we can consider and confirm to offer the service. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). Please send an email with attachments to support@tiktech.com.
2. After TikTech has received the returned product and confirmed the product is faulty, the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt. For example, if the return shipping fee is 30 USD, TikTech will refund the same amount of 30 USD to the customer. If our technical team determines the item is not DOA, we will not compensate for the return shipping fee. Refund requests for a return shipping fee without a valid return receipt slip will not be accepted.
3. Product returns must be via one of TikTech‘s approved shipping methods; our Customer Service can provide you with further details. 

30 Day Refund Guarantee and Exchange Policy for Unused Items

If for whatever reason you do not want the product you buy within 30 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for an unconditional return and refund, and exchange.
When we have received and processed your return, our returns department will request the appropriate refund to the payment method used for the original order. All refunds are subject to our refund policy. Unless stated otherwise, if you are returning an item purchased as part of a bundle, any discount will be allocated proportionally
among all the items in the bundle, and your refund will equal the amount you paid for the item.
For the exchange of products, if you are not satisfied with the color, size, or whatever reason, please contact us for an unconditional exchange. If the item you’re exchanging costs less than your original purchase we will refund you the difference. 

1. In such cases, the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
2. Customers must keep the item in the same condition that you received it. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund. 

Missing Item(s), Wrong Item(s) or Incorrect Package Sent

Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents before signing for the package.
For any issues, please carefully follow the TikTech warranty process to minimize any delays: 
1. Contact our Customer Service with your order number and the product code.
2. Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.

Possible Solutions:
– If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item for free within the warranty period.
– If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). TikTech will decide whether you need to return the wrong product we sent or not and compensate for the return shipping fee when we receive it. 

Processing Time 

This following section describes the processing time required upon receiving your returned item:
For exchanges of items, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 3-9 business days, upon receiving your item back and depending on stock availability.
For refunds of items, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. After this, the refund time will also depend on the payment method.
Refunds will take 24 hours to 14 business days to process, and the refund will appear in the payment account of yours, the time depends on your payment measures (Credit card or PayPal, etc.).
For repairs, it will take between 7-14 business days depending on the item and the manufacturers’ stock of spare parts. 

One Year Repair Warranty

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, the default product warranty period is one year starting from the date you receive the items, during which you are eligible for free repair. Any free repair needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer via Customer Service. Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item accordingly, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to the customer. If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will not be eligible for free repair, however, customers can return it at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility in such cases.

1. Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.
2. If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product’s warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them. 

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:

Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
● Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
● Buyer’s accidental returns
● Returning personal items
● Returning items claimed to have defects but found by TikTech quality control to be in working condition
● Returning defective items in international shipping
● Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process) 

Not Covered Under Warranty:

● Products without sufficient proof of purchase
● Lost or stolen products
● Items that have expired their warranty period
● Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
● Free products
● Repairs through 3rd parties
● Damage from outside sources
● Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
● Purchases from unauthorized resellers 

TikTech is not liable for:

● Loss of data incurred from the use of TikTech products
● Returning personal items sent to TikTech
