Does it works with amazon fire tv stick?
Yes. I use mine with a fire stick all the time. You'll just need a female hdmi to mini hdmi cable.
Do I need to set up and install a driver before use? How does it work with iPad?

You don't need to install a driver or set up to make the monitor function. You just need to connect it to your electronic device via Type C or HDMI port and everything is done.

Can I go Type c from the computer to type c on the monitor and will i still need a power source?
Your PC needs to have USB C-PD. On laptops it should have a lightning bolt icon. The USB c cable worked for one my on laptop but not on my other laptop. Had to purchase a usb c gen 2 call to get it to work on the 2nd laptop. If you don't have USB C-PD you will need an external power source which included in the box that you will use on another USB c port on the monitor. Monitor has 2 USB c ports, one for display/power and one for power only.

Yes, I connected my iphone to the monitor and it works great! You will need a separate cable called, "Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter" which is basically the apple lightning plug on one side and a female HDMI port on the other side.
